Communalytic is a research tool for studying online communities and online discourse. Communalytic can collect and analyze public data from social media platforms. It uses advanced text and social network analysis techniques to automatically pinpoint toxic and anti-social interactions, identify influencers, map shared interests and the spread of misinformation, and detect signs of possible coordination among seemingly disparate actors.

This tool compares two documents by comparing the words in each according to user specifications. HTML and plain text versions are also available in the TAPoRware toolsets. This tool’s functionality has been incorporated into Voyant available online at www.voyant-tools.org.

Compare Lists is a free, web-based tool for comparing text from two lists of URLs supplied by the user. This tool was developed and is maintained by the Digital Methods Initiative.

Compare Networks Over Time is a free, web-based tool for comparing Issuecrawler networks, or data from a regularly scheduled crawl. The tool displays ranked actor lists for each comparison, in a format suitable for graphing via spreadsheet software. Tool input must be in XML format. Compare Networks Over Time is designed to be used particularly with output from the Govcom Foundation's Issuecrawler tool.

This tool compare the text submitted by the user with a predefined control corpus. The tool lists the words common in both texts, in an order set by the user. At present, the tool only offers the Brown Corpus, with more predefined control corpus forthcoming. Users can also upload a text of their own as control corpus. This tool’s functionality has been incorporated into Voyant available online at www.voyant-tools.org.

It is a set of tools to work with Latin text. It provides a database of Latin texts and a morphological structured Latin Lexicon. All texts are lemmatized and ready for comparative analysis of word frequencies.
